HELP! Computer won't load in reg or safe mode.

My HP computer wont load in regular mode, the screen goes blue. And in safe mode it gets stuck on windows\system32\drivers\ahcix64s.sys..pauses for a long time then goes to black screen with safe mode in the corners frozen. I can't remember if it's Vista or XP. I believe it's whichever is newer though. What can I do to solve this? Thank you.
