how do i edit a photo .say if i want to make a photo out of a picture that has a smaller picture in it .all i want to do is take the smaller picture then zoom it in and save it as a picture but what photo editor do i need here i'll attach a photo of what i'm talking about.say i only want the picture of bradley steven perry how do i cut the picture out and make it A Larger picture
