I am trying to help my mom clean her PC. Windows 7 Home Premium. Her pc is very slow, IE wont work. When i click somehting the screen goes dark and i have to keep clicking to get it to come back.I ran Spybot S&D and Malwarebytes but i dont know what is good or bad. i will be out for awhile but i will check back around 9:00 PM or so CST.

I got IE working, she had changed some settings trying to fix it, just reset to default.
