Skype-I cannot see the person I am calling

From about 2 months I cannot see the person I am calling with Skype. I don't want a webcam but from approx. 6 years I was able to see persons having this device. I have: Windows 8 updated, Skype 6.5.0.158, graphic card DX9 ATI Radeon/ATI fire series; all my drivers were updated with Genius. Skype Troubleshooter doesn't help.

If you can't see who you are calling then I suggest the problem lies at their end not yours Singuraticul

Hello,
It is not your PC's problem though you just reinstall Skype and run it. Also clear all history and temp file for more speed...
