Started getting a pop-up on my computer from a company called "MyPC Backup." I thought I'd accidentally DL'd it w/VLC or Gom media player (I DL'd both just 2 days ago to try and determine which I like), assuming it was some add-on for which I forgot to un-tick a check box. I uninstalled it...found a couple of things still lingering (like .PF file) and then ran Super-Anti-Spyware, which found:
Trojan.Agent/Gen-FraudPack
C:\USERS\K-OK\APPDATA\LOCAL\TEMP\~NSU.TMP\AU_.EXE
C:\Windows\Prefetch\AU_.EXE-D78C96F4.pf
Then Avira noticed something called SPR/Keygen.exe -- I know what a keygen is, but I've nothing in a folder called SPR. A general Windows Explorer search for the file didn't even turn it up...so it was hidden somewhere.
RE: OTL LOGS:
You'll notice A LOT of new directories and modified directories, this is b/c I am migrating ALL of my folders from an old HD, which began having some (unfixable) errors, to a brand new HD. My apologies for this.
Finally, I noticed the Ask.com bar is listed in there (and in my installed programs list). That's actually the Avira toolbar which apparently uses Ask.com as its default site. Just an FYI, b/c I've heard the ACTUAL Ask.com bar can be a bit invasive.
Thank you in advance for any help.
