Problem with CPU Usage

My rundll32.exe*32 is using 98% of my cpu. Even though i'm not doing anything. What should i do?

Hope i can get a reply asap~

Looks suspicious to me: Go to the Virus, Spyware, Malware Removal forum, read the first post and follow instructions.

Come back here once you get a clean bill of health if you still have problems.
