I'm sorry Tom. OMG, I responded to your post, but instead of reply button, I pressed cancel and was waiting and thinking that you abandoned me.

So, meanwhile, I figured out that the warning shows up when I download something, like some program or uTorrent, but if there's no good solution, I'll just ignore the sucker

It's no problem whatsoever! Now we know it's a uTorrent issue, I researched the problem and found this:

It looks like it's a bug in uTorrent, in the way it displays adverts. It might be worth giving that solution a try?

I think this fix worked and I don't see the ActiveX warning anymore. 1,000,000 thanks for help and patience.
