Internet speed stuck at 25 KB

Hey everyone, I just noticed that my connection speed doesn't get any faster than 25 KB/s.
My internet service is a monthly unlimited 512Kbit which would be about 50 KB but downloads faster than that usually but now it's just stuck at 25 KB, what could be the problem?
