I don't know much about computers, and I've been on here before due to heating issues. Guess its something new everytime. I was wondering how to go about finding any more information about this issue at all. I've attached another DMP file. Any help would be wonderful. Thank you!

Unzip it to your desktop and then double click autoruns.exe After the scan is finished then click on File>>>>>>>>>>>Save The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to save it as Autoruns.txt under the file type option. in other words make sure it is a .txt file instead of .arn Attach the text in your next reply.

You need to upload the dump files I asked for bluescreen view does not tell me much.

If you have run CCleaner (Version: 4.02) since the bluescreen then the .dmp files will have been cleaned by it.
Open ccleaner and untick memory dumps under system.
Wait for it to crash again and upload the dump files.
