help my laptop is very slow now. I let people borrow it that shouldn't have! its a windows 7 Lenovo. i need help anything would be grately appreciated!its so slow and I know it has some bugs/1 it also keeps messing up my pictures and files!

I think your best bet would be to restore the laptop to it's factory new state. This will wipe out all existing data so please back it up before doing this. It will also get rid of anything the other folks did to it.

What is the complete model number. I can check the online manual to see how you go about doing a factory restore.

Does it have the One Key Rescue System button?
