install plain Windows 7 from a Gateway restore partition

I would like to install a bare, completely clean copy of Win 7 on my Gateway desktop, but I don't have the real Windows 7 disks, just the
Gateway restore partition that will put the computer back to factory fresh, with all the bloatware and gunk.

Is there any way to do this without buying a fresh copy of Windows 7?
