How would I get CMD to let me show the netstat every 3 seconds???

I could open Run ---> CMD and type: netstat 3.

But when I do that, I see my dos-screen flipping in doing that endlessly, making my monitor black at that point....

What would a batchfile, that would run netstat every 3 seconds, look like?
