Hi guys. I use Google Chrome as my search engine, and there is an update that is available to be installed, but whenever I install it, it won't run on my computer because there is a Windows 7 update. I tried to update windows 7, but when i click on it, nothing will happen. Not only that, but I can't run anything that I download from anywhere. Also, I tried to restore my computer to factory settings because it is something I have done before, but when I click on it, nothing happens. I also tried it by clicking F12 when the computer is booting up, but it doesn't allow me to restore for some reason. I get an error message. I also tried to restore it from command prompt but it wont allow me to do so either. Is there any other way for me to restore my computer? I do not have the Restore CD.
