White screen of death on Gateway laptop [Closed]

i have a Gateway FX 6150

i came home from work booted it up and got a white screen of death i can't do anything other then Ctrl+Alt+Del and it shows the menu screen but as soon as i click anything other then restart or shutdown it goes right back to a white screen

help what do i do?

Your machines problem might not necessarily be malware related but possibly hardware related. Saying that I can attempt to check this out for you.

Can you inform myself please which exact Operating System is in use and is it the 32 Bit or 64 Bit version ?
