HI i got a virus that i thought deleted my taskbar, desktop, background, basically everything on the desktop no windows logo or anything. its only white and shows my arrow...i got to the internet by going to task manager ,services and finding a link that will open the internet to find help.....so i search and i think it hide, deleted and or crashed some processors. when i try to open some thing from windows( ex: pictures) it says "windows 7 shell loader has stopped working". i have the file that had the virus if someone can find out how it works SAFELY of course.i thought i will help like needing snake venom to make a cure.

You need to follow the instructions here, and if necessary post the resulting log files in this forum in order to receive help.

I removed the link to the infected file as we would not want others to click on it and get themselves infected also.

I am closing this topic and encourage you to post in the malware removal forms that I linked to above.
