Hi Forum! As the title says, I am having problems with resetting my computer to factory settings. I have a HP Pavilion Sleekbook 15. Whenever I have tried to reset my computer to factory settings, (by going to start> settings > pc settings > general > remove everything and reinstall Windows)it comes up and says whcih files that will be erased, but then says "Could Not Find The Files Needed. If you have a windows installation or recovery media, insert it and restart from the media." Also, my HP does NOT have a disk drive. Any help is appreciated!!!

Recovery information should be on a separate partition on your hard drive. Use HP Recovery Manager. Probably listed under the HP folder.
