boot problem

i have a windows 7 32bit computer and won't boot. begin loading the system then restart and allways stay in start windows normally and launch startup repair (recommended) menu. in the system recovery options i tried startup repair doesn't work, tryed system recover but doesn't exist any point of recover and tryed in the command prompt use bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, bootrec /fixmbr bootrec /RebuildBcd. even in safe mode is the same thing. what else can i do??

Please provide information about your computer, this includes is it a notebook or desktop, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if it is provide the model name or series number (not serial) providing these details will enable us to better assist you.

Let us know if there is data on the HDD that you would like to try and back up as the HDD could be flaky.
