It's my first time writing here.. so i hope im doing everything right. Here's the story:
My sister bought a HP pavilion dv6 laptop from the store... and after some years the computer started to crash alot.. so she gave the pc to me. Now im trying to fix it.
The "crash" occurs when i enter into my account or upon login screen. The crash time is not certain.. sometimes it crashes right after loggin in .. but sometimes it takes an hour.
I've done HDD checks and Memtests .. all came out with no errors. Temperatures don't go over 60°C(staying around 50-55°C)
Last BSOD dump stated this as a cause. .. using bluescreenview
ntoskrnl.exe+1f0e80
fffff800`0365d000
fffff800`03c42000

NT Kernel & System
29.08.2013 3:13:25
Microsoft® Windows® Operating System 24

But this is the BSOD i've received the most: cause hal.dll adressed to ntoskrnl.exe
ntoskrnl.exe+18c453
fffff800`0364d000
fffff800`03c33000

fffff800`0364d000

Some days have passed... I'm still having the problem but now it is not creating dumpfile? Just blank shut down while the power button states that the pc is still running... so i have to force a restart.
Why isn't my topic getting only views not some sort of feedback? :(
