So this morning i got a new CPU and i put it in like i should everything goes perfect. Then when i start the PC everything loads fine but i cant see the Windows loading logo, when its suppose to show the Windows load logo it shows some screen with alot of colours really fast like 1 seccond then it restarts the PC it does the same thing over and over. I tryed reseting BIOS by taking out the battery, i tryed another harddisk, i tryed changing the RAMs places. I cant repair the PC either. I tryed reinstalling Windows with Windowx XP Pro, Windows Vista Ultimate, Ubuntu but when they trying to boot the PC just restarts and does the same thing over and over again, i tryed everything that came to my mind im out of ideas now. I also tryed the CPU i had before it does the same thing that one also.
