can finnaly connect to symantec.com now ... thks ''The other side'' and now it says that there is a virus in some file location :-c:windows/sys32/csmss.exe.... and it says that it cant be deleted ''sure it can somehow'' <_< next question can someone tell me how to get rid of it...

hi nearly forgot its says the virus is called w32.dedler.worm.. what it is and what does it do?
