Will Simple way is to just try to uninstall and then download it again.
If you have important links or what not... might want to save user data
thats just any easy way to see if itll fix it.
But you may want to run it with no add on. See what that does.

Hello confused42
Open Google Chrome, then type chrome://conflicts (Windows only) into the address bar to see whether you have any software or malware known to commonly cause Google Chrome to crash.
Post back with what you find.

Before I uninstall chrome, how do I save user data, passwords and such?

Hold on!
Don't reinstall Chrome just yet!
Create a new user profile and see if the problem is solved.
Have you Signed In to Chrome? If so, nothing to worry, just use the same account to Sign In after reinstall.

I tried twice to create a new user account and could not get logged in. Therefore, I could not get my saved passwords and info from the primary account.

I tried again to create a new user account but could not sign in and your link did not help me. I went around in circles for a while and then gave up. Is there anything else I can do? I even uninstalled chrome and then re-installed it and still having the same problem. No warning, errors, conflicts, nothing. It just closes as if someone hits the X. ????

Does the same happen in Incognito Mode?

I haven't tried that yet. Is there a way I can automatically go incognito when my browser opens?

Thank you. So far no unexpected browser shutdowns with incognito mode but I prefer the regular browsing. So, is there another fix for my problem?

Since everything works fine in Incognito Mode, the problem is most likely caused by some of the installed add ons.
Disable the add ons one at a time and find out which one(s) is/are causing the problem(s).
