I have a acer aspire 5733z w/ intel processor @ 2.13htz, 500 gb seagate hd, and windows 7 home premium. The windows were loaded and it had been sitting awhile so I had to log into the user profile, when it just lost all control. It would take me to a partial home screen and just spin the circle endlessly. I restarted it many times and it would sometimes not even show anything at all not even the profile icons. I then started it in safe w/ network and could tell that the services were not starting, most were stopped. Trying to find out what had happened, I followed ins. to go to services and check the microsoft box to stay on then disable all to find out , anyway I can't even get it to boot at all to start windows. I do get the startup repair with no results. I think maybe something about populate an empty service or the like because my wife not sure if she did populate it.She on it before i tried to logon! I'am now on hers, SO, please help me! My luck not done with me yet. I thought it no big deal I have a system image to use, NOT, it has left with a different computer. I have tried system restore several times and each time it says it can not complete due to error. A while back I got a new scorpio blue 500 gb hard drive from acer shipped to me. On it says what to do for xp, vista, but all other it is ready to go. I tried to install it to no avail. I must be missing something. If I could get it to work that would be very helpful, but I would continue to repair the first one
