Incredimail Backup will not start

I am running Windows 8 with Incredimail V. 26. When I try to run a backup it will not start. It will ask what account I want to backup( I only have one) and where I want to save it. After I do that I click the Start button but nothing happens. I have waited for several minutes to see if was just slow starting but it never starts a backup. I have deleted backup and downloaded a new copy but I have the same problem.

Also, how do I add another backup account or delete the one I have now.
