Hi when I start up my laptop all I have is a blue screen...this is windows 7....tried to go to safe mode also and it just the same thing...

What does the BSOD say? Take a picture of it with a digital camera then upload the picture and post in a reply here.
What is the make and model number (full please) of the computer?
What operating system? 32 or 64 bit?
Did you make any changes recently? Add remove hardware or software?
