So I have an odd problem that I can't seem to find on any of the forums. My computer connects to the internet fine and I can use it and it works fine then, out of nowhere it just disconnects. And my internet bars have a red X on it. Then if I restart my computer the internet works again for about 2 hours and then gets the red X on it and will not reconnect no matter what I do unless I restart it and it is the same thing again. My roommates do not have this problem and all of our phones connect to the internet fine as well. Any ideas?

Description: The server could not bind to the transport \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{9B7ADE62-1058-4F58-95A8-94121A3419DB} because another computer on the network has the same name. The server could not start.

Just as I thought netbt..........


Do you have two machines in your home with the same name? If so change the name of one of them.


Also for the machine that is having issues.


Hit the start button and type services.msc then scroll down to the computer browser service.
Right click and stop the service.
Right click again and select properties.
Change the start up type to disabled
Hit apply ok.

Repeat the same for the iphelper service.

The do the following.

Disable ipv6

Remove your tunnel adapters.

Open elevated command copy and paste each command below hit enter after each and reboot.

Then hit view again and select devices by connection.

Also it seems that the file lmrn.dll is related to Sweetpacks and is on your machine. I would suggest you start a new thread in this forum to get some general clean up done.

So…ready for some more problem solving? Now it won't connect at all and shows me a square with a caution sign instead of bars. It was doing fine and then now it is stuck. I ran the mini toolbox and this is what I got. ANy ideas?
