Hello,

I need some advice.
my laptop screen is cracked so i need to replace it.
I have the screen out can i connect the laptop to external monitor with vga.

Will that work or is there something else i need to do.

Hello ftfk00

Yes you should be able to hook the notebook up to an external screen by way of the VGA port, you may need to toggle the notebook to the external screen by pressing down the Fn and one of the F1 to F12 keys, this is often either Fn + F4 or Fn + F5.
