Help my new puppy ran across the keyboard of my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop and the screen rotated 90 degrees I don't know how to restore it

I did a restore to a previous restore point and it worked but I still dont know what happened. I didn't even know it was possible to change the screen orientation on a laptop.
