Windows updates failing

Hi all,
My windows updates keep failing. I have attached a screenshot of the update history. Each time I turn on the computer, the updates fail and then are uninstalled. It takes a long time for this occur. I also attached a screenshot showing available updates.
How can I fix this? Do I need the updates? Can I just not install them? (Note: I have quite a basic level of computer knowledge).

Let's see what's going on with the services and why updates won't install.

Please download Farbar Service Scanner by Farbar
Run it by double-clicking the Posted Image icon.
(Users of Windows Vista and above please right-click and choose Run as Administrator).
  • Make sure the following options are checked:
    • Internet Services
    • Windows Firewall
    • System Restore
    • Security Center
    • Windows Update
    • Windows Defender
    • Other Services
  • Press "Scan".
  • It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
  • Please copy and paste the log to your reply.
