auto run wont reconise my iphone ?

hi im haveing trouble trying to get my photos off my iphone3 to my pc.
1 / the auto play wont reconise the iphone
2 / there is still devices on the autoplay that i dont use and have not got / how do i get rid of then ?
3/ through the cloud it has transfered some but not all of them but i would like them to be all on my pc i have 219 pictures on camera roll on iphone still
3 I have looked at other posts and have done what every on sujested but still autoplay wont reconise the iphone in the devise manager the iphones there but i uninstalled and reinstalled and auto play comes up So i just dont know what to do . as i wont all the pics on pc not on clous or i tunes .

I am useing windows vista 32bit
some on help please
