Trying to fix an error on my wifey's computer. She tried to take it to Staples for repair but they did not help her. Shocked. Here is her error message: The module "C:\Users\Jennifer\Appdata\Local\Apple\j2pkcs11.dll" failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for with the binary or dependent .DLL files. The specified module could not be found.
She's running Windows Vista 32 Bit. Any help would be appreciated.
