Internet running slow!

My laptop's (Dell Latitude 6420, running Windows 7) internet is running extremely slow! It barely loads pages. All the other computers on our home network are running just fine (we have 2 other laptops on the network). The system itself is running okay, it is just the internet. Did a speed test, it seems about right. I have run scans with so may other software programs and haven't found any viruses yet. Please help! I can't get anything done!
