Restore system to two days earlier without restore point

I have installed something, that kinds of plugin or something else that doesn't show up in control panel.
The problem now is that my USB and mouse doesn't work at all. Windows doesn't recognize them. I need to restore the system to 2 days earlier. However, I don't have restoe point at that time. 
Is there a solution for that?
Maybe some software?

I just solved the problem by uninstalling USB drivers and then installing them again.
