shutting down

hi,

i have a toshiba laptop when am switching it on on power weather with battery or not its just shutdown by it self after some second!!!! so u thinks it because of overheating or what???

Probably so, yes. Laptops are designed to shut down if they get to hot so that they might start a fire.
