Just purchased a pre-owned tablet and after charging it to 100% & turning it on a numbered keypad came up. I contacted the seller & asked for the password. I was given 2, one was numbers the other was a word. I tried both but neither worked. I emailed the seller again and asked for help. While waiting for them to respond, I contacted Proscan and was told to download the firmware, connect the tablet to my computer and paste the firmware it. When I tried it said that either the tablet was not responding or disconnected from the computer,,, though it still showed under my computer / portable devices. So I searched online for instructions on how to factory reset it, tried several times but nothing worked. The seller finally responding telling me how to reset but it the same way I've already tried. I've held in the power button & reset using a paperclip. I've held in the volume up button & power. Both the volume +- buttons & power. Just the reset button. Everything I've tried is suppose to allow the "little green man" to appear and show a reboot menu but it doesn't. It only shows the blue screen showing Procan, then a black screen also that says Proscan and finally shows the keypad again. I'm waiting on a response from the seller again. Is there anything else I can do?
