64bit or 32bit no Trend

Hi running Win 8.1 it tells me I am running 64bit but when I try to run Trend Housecall it will only run 32bit version . when I try to run 64bit it tells me not connected to internet ?. which obviously I am as sending this ?.

Also The My Dell app tells me not connected to internet again incorrect .

This has only just started happening , Have run various virus checkers and found nothing .

Any ideas please ?.
