Hello! Looks like your consistent!

If I may, would you mind looking in Reliability Monitor and see if there are any clues there.

Click on ORB-(lower left corner) Type View Reliability History. Click on it to open.

Check for App. failures.

Thanks!

If you've recently been getting errors with tcpip.sys it's recommend you unisntall or re-install any programs recently that may have generated this error

They are all caused by chrome.exe. That would be Google Chrome.

Uninstall Google Chrome. Use IE or Firefox or BlueMoon for awhile, see if the problem is gone. If yes, try the latest version of Google Chrome is you really need it.

Hi Lolcomin :)

Unfortunately, you have one of the most annoying BSOD there is, the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x3b with the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0xD1. Microsoft have an hotfix for the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x3b BSOD, but from experience, I know that it doesn't work. You are still to give it a try however :

https://support.micr...om/kb/980932/en

Also, because your BSOD is caused by a system driver that is also related to your Network/Ethernet Controller, we could try two things. The first one would be to update your Ethernet/Network Controller drivers and the other one would be to run a SFC /scannow in order to fix that system driver if it's corrupted, damaged, etc.

Can you tell me if you're running Windows 7 32 or 64-bits ?

Hello! Good to post the dump files so they can be read, as Ztruker has requested!

There are many topics about BSOD on the forum.

Here is one that you might read and consider--http://www.geekstogo...ic/340551-bsod/

The blue screen of death — or BSOD — is always an unwelcome sight. BSODs appear when Microsoft Windows encounters a critical error it can’t recover from, requiring a reboot and possibly resulting in lost work.

A blue screen of death is the worst type of error a computer can experience, unlike an application crash, which doesn’t bring down the whole system. A BSOD is the result of low-level software crashing — or faulty hardware.

Alright, can you go in your Device Manager (right-click on Computer, select Properties then click on Device Manager in the left pane), expand the "Network Adapters" zone, take a screenshot of what you see under it and attach it to your next post please ?

Hoho, we might have found the root of the issue !
Can you right-click on one of the Intel Pro/Wireless 3945BG Network Connection, select Properties and take a screenshot of the window with the error message ?
Also, can you show me every devices under "Other devices" ? I'll send you all the drivers that you are missing.

This was probably caused by the following module: tcpip.sys (tcpip+0x9456B)
Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF88001A9556B, 0xFFFFF88007421980, 0x0)
Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\tcpip.sys
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: TCP/IP Driver
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

Alright, here's what I want you to do. Assuming that you're on a WIRED (Ethernet) connection, and not a Wireless (Wi-Fi) connection, I want you to right-click on the three following devices :
  • Intel® Pro/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection
  • Intel® Pro/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection #2
  • Intel® Pro/Wireless 3945BG Network Connection
From there, select Uninstall. If it asks you if you want to delete the drivers, please check the option box and proceed. Once this is done, I'll ask you to restart your computer and we'll continue. Tell me if any new devices are installed after the reboot.

Good :)
Please provide me with a screenshot of what shows under "Unknown Devices" or "Other Devices" in your Device Manager.
