I am using a HP ProBook 4440s, Hewlett-Packard, 17F3  Windows 7 Service Pack 1, 6.1, build: 7601

I am regularly getting blue screen DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with tcpip.sys mention.  Please see Minidump.zips here:

They are all caused by chrome.exe. That would be Google Chrome.

 

Uninstall Google Chrome. Use IE or Firefox or BlueMoon for awhile, see if the problem is gone. If yes, try the latest version of Google Chrome is you really need it.

i do not think it is because i just downloaded and was using firefox, uninstalled chrome, and within 5 min. Blue screen

Microsoft have an hotfix for the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x3b BSOD, but from experience, I know that it doesn't work. You are still to give it a try however :

The first one would be to update your Ethernet/Network Controller drivers and the other one would be to run a SFC /scannow in order to fix that system driver if it's corrupted, damaged, etc.

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

Alright, here's what I want you to do. Assuming that you're on a WIRED (Ethernet) connection, and not a Wireless (Wi-Fi) connection, I want you to right-click on the three following devices :

• Intel® Pro/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection
• Intel® Pro/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection #2
• Intel® Pro/Wireless 3945BG Network Connection

From there, select Uninstall. If it asks you if you want to delete the drivers, please check the option box and proceed. Once this is done, I'll ask you to restart your computer and we'll continue. Tell me if any new devices are installed after the reboot.
