Hi there,

I hope u can help me, my PC screen keeps going off and a blue screen comes on with:
fatal exception OE has occured at 0028:C000BDB9 in VXD VMM(01)0000ADB9 the current application will be terminated
I have also had this one:
a fatal exception OD hass occured at 241F 014F6B97 the current application will be terminated.

I don't know how many other different ones I've had these were the only messages I took a note of.

These message r happening more and more often my computer seems 2 crash and then I get the fatal exception message, I press any key to continue and it just keeps on bringing up the same message. When I try 2 reboot via ctrl, alt, delete the screen just turns black with only my curser on. So I have to reboot by switching it on or off.

I would be very grateful if u could help me with this problem as it's getting really annoying and frustrating.

Thanks a lot
Sarah

This is most often caused by a dialer on your system. Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

Also, apply any Critial Updates on your computer from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

OE has occured at 0028 errors are often related to video card drivers. Have you tried updating your drivers?
