I have a Samsung-sgh-i847 version 2.3.6

I would like to know if there is an APP. that would help with the battery?

What I mean is a battery saver.

I heard of DU, easy ,battery doctor,green power......

Are any of these any good or is there something else better?

You can use any of them since it manipulates your settings like screen, ram usage etc. The best thing you can do is always bring a backup battery or mobile bank especially when you are outdoors.

Personally I've been an Anker customer and I have two of their power banks. I've heard good things about Limefuel. I'm probably going to give them a go next.
