My daughters laptop is running slow and lagging way behind.  If someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.  She is a senior in high school and needs her laptop for school work.

Yes, how do I go about doing that.  My younger daughter was sick and I was unable to be on the computer.

Normally you would PM one of the moderators or the helper.  But I will reopen your original topic and let them know you are back.  If you can please run the tools and do the procedures requested in the last post by the helper and post them there.
