Is there any way to recover files that have a .vir attached to them? Somehow Norton has attached this to my personal photos after a scan and I can seem to find a way to get rid of the .vir. I know this means virus but I believe it's a false positive as it didn't do it to all of my photos.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
