Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

You might have too uninstall Chrome completely if you did not do it this way..

Close all Chrome windows and tabs.

Go to the Start menu > Control Panel. (Windows 8 users: Learn how to access the Control Panel

Click Programs and Features.

Double-click Google Chrome.

Click Uninstall from the confirmation dialog. Delete your user profile information, like your browser preferences, bookmarks, and history, by selecting the "Also delete your browsing data" checkbox.

All your bookmarks will be lost.

Hi Joe,

I've tried all that and no luck :(.  I gave up and installed Firefox.  Seems to work pretty much the same and is user friendly.

Thanks for the help.
