Yesterday I began a topic entitled 'restore to factory settings'. The young man that was helping me appears to have been banned
from this site leaving me at a loss as to know what to do next.
Is there anyone out there who is able to instruct me in how to sort this computer out?
PLEASE HELP me it is driving me insane.
