Thank you

Can we run a malwarebytes scan? You already have it installed so you will not have to download it. Here's instructions, also extra instructions on getting log report if needed.

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to your desktop
Install the progamme and select update
Once it has updated select Settings > Detection and Protection
Tick Scan for rootkits

MBAMsettings.JPG

Go back to the Dashboard and select Scan Now

MBAMScan.JPG

If threats are detected, click the Apply Actions button, MBAM will ask for a reboot.

MBAMReboot.JPG

MBAMLog.JPG

On completion of the scan (or after the reboot) select View Detailed Log
Select Export > Select text file and save to the desktop
Post that log

You can also get the log this way
  • After the restart once you are back at your desktop, open MBAM once more.
  • Click on the Histor tab > Application Logs.
  • Double click on the scan log which shows the Date and time of the scan just performed.
  • Click 'Copy to Clipboard'
  • Paste the contents of the clipboard into your reply.

Ok while i am doing that i thought i should report that system care 8 although was deleted found its way back on my PC somehow and the chinese text is still popping up a lot. Sometimes closing firefox and opening it again helps with the speed problems for some sites but not all but there is still clearly an issue before this chinese text keeps popping up and again this system care 8 re appearing tells me it does not want to help me before it can come back from a power uninstal which deleted everything along with it as in registry files etc when you do a deep scan for any possible files it may leave behind.
