When I upload windows internet explorer I get a blank page on one tab and msn on a second tab. How can I eliminate this annoying situation.

What do you mean by upload? Do you mean when you start Internet Explorer?
If so, click on gear icon at top, far right then select Internet Options.
Look in the Home page box and remove the one you don't want.
