The technology of 4G (LTE) networks is becoming more and more popular and all new smartphones supports this technology. Very often I use to hear people talking about 4G and they're telling to each other that they'd never buy a smartphone if this smartphone was not supported by the 4G technology. But I have 2 questions for you... How sure we are that we will see an extremely big difference between 4G and 3G smartphones? How sure we are that the 4G networks are well developed to each country? Just Google it and you will see from your own that 4G is not able to solve 3G's problems yet.

The problem isn't the technology, it's that people expect certain speeds just by the specs of what the phone can actually handle.  The cell carriers can only put so many people on any network of any speed before it slows down to a crawl from overpopulation.  I live in a rural area, so 3G here is comparable to 4G speeds in large cities, and actual 4G is lightning fast.  Go to a city, however, and 3G is like dial up.  The more people are pushed onto the 4G network, the more like that it will be (and 3G may actually improve in that case, if everyone's on the 4G network instead)
