Hi, everyone. I've been attempting for the past week to get this update installed. I've tried everything I found at the support article via Microsoft as well as a number of other potential solutions that I had found in my search with no success. At this point, anything else I do is likely to do more harm than good, so I hope you guys can help me out here. Thanks.

Howszit? and Welcome to GtoG...

 

I looked at the error code and of the posts I've seen says that it may be your AV stopping the update.
