Need help establishing a VPN connection!

I need to download Siemen's NX on my computer for school. The school provides the license, but I need to apparently establish a VPN connection with their network first. When I click "Obtain Campus Address", it says I need to "acquire an F5 browser plugin". I click the "manually download" link, to which a "urhostplg.zip" is found in the downloads menu.

Now the very confusing part. I click the link and it brings me to a folder with a "NPuroamHost.dll" file. I click that and I can't open it.

So ... I have no idea what I'm doing. Does anyone have some help for me? Thank you!

have you contacted your school's IT department for help with this? I'm fairly certain they should be able to assist you with connecting to their network
