Hi,

I have a customer's Dell Inspiron One in with the FBI Moneypak ransomware, and normally I can just use HitmanPro Kickstart to get rid of it before login, but for some reason, on this computer injecting HitmanPro into the bootloader in any of the 3 ways provided causes it to not boot.  I've tried safe mode as well.  In Safe Mode, and Safe Mode with Networking, it is still displayed, and in Safe Mode with Command Prompt, it gets to the login screen and then immediately restarts.

Any help would be much appreciated.
