Anytime I watch a video in full screen I get a small bar at the bottom of the screen that says googleads.g.doubleclick.net and doesn't go away, it doesn't redirect or anything, it's just a minor annoyance when trying to watch something and this small bar with a bunch of nonsense at the bottom of the screen. None of the removal guides have been helpful in fixing it for Chrome. Any help would be appreciated.

Where is your OTL log?
You might try going to adblockplus.org with your browser and installing their add-on. Once it installs there will be a red stop sign in the upper right. Right click on it and select Options then uncheck the Allow some non-intrusive advertising option. Now restart your browser and try your video again.
