Malware fixed, still slow

This past week I worked with DanoNH in the Malware section to remove an infection from my new HP 15 Notebook. DanoNH did a great job and he helped get my computer running much better, however it still will slow to a crawl sometimes. It regains it speed when I restart it sometimes, but after a bit it slows down again. DanoNH seemed to think my Bios version was newer than my computer called for or there was a problem there somewhere.

I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in trying to figure out what is going on.
